欢迎使用遛狗么（下称「本App」）。本协议是您与本App运营方之间的有效服务约定，凡注册、登录或使用本App，即代表您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本协议全部内容。协议中免除/限制责任、线下活动安全、内容规范等重要条款已加粗提示，请您重点阅读。如您对本协议有任何疑问，可通过邮箱 yunzhiqiao@yeah.net 与我们联系。
1.1 本App是一款面向养犬人群的遛狗社交与地图工具，主要提供：地图遛狗标点（如便便点、饮水点、友善/不友善地点等）的查看、创建与分享；遛狗队伍的发布、报名与到场打卡；以及面向养犬人群的内容社区（动态发布、评论、点赞、关注）。
1.2 本App全部功能免费提供，不含任何付费会员、订阅、虚拟货币或打赏功能。
1.3 本App用户发布的所有标点、队伍与动态内容均需经过内容审核后方可对外展示，审核机制见第六条。
2.1 本App仅开放邮箱验证码登录、邮箱密码登录、Apple ID 登录三种注册登录方式，不提供手机号、微信、QQ 等其他登录渠道。
2.2 您需保证提交的邮箱信息、Apple ID 信息真实有效，并对账号下的一切行为负责。
2.3 账号仅限本人使用，禁止租借、售卖、共享账号；因账号保管不当造成的账号丢失、信息泄露，由用户自行承担责任。
3.1 本App面向年满 18 周岁的成年养犬人士。未满 18 周岁的用户请在监护人陪同与指导下使用，且不应单独参与线下遛狗邀约。
3.2 监护人应合理引导未成年人的使用时长与使用场景。
4.1 本App需要获取您在使用期间的设备位置，用于展示附近的遛狗标点与队伍、计算距离，以及在您主动点击「来了」时记录一次到场打卡。
4.2 本App不追踪、不记录、不展示任何用户的实时位置与历史行动轨迹。打卡只记录您主动点击那一刻的单点快照，用于向队伍组织者确认到场情况，不会实时共享给其他用户。
4.3 打卡的地理围栏校验依赖设备定位精度与网络状况，可能因信号、建筑遮挡等原因出现误差，此类误差不构成服务瑕疵。
5.1 本App对违规内容采取零容忍政策（Zero Tolerance Policy）。用户承诺在使用本App过程中（包括但不限于用户昵称、头像、简介、狗狗信息、动态、图片、视频、标点、队伍、评论与回复等任何用户可输入或上传的场景），不得发布、上传、传播以下内容：
5.2 用户同时承诺不得进行以下行为：
5.3 违反本条任一条款的，运营方有权立即采取以下任一或全部措施：（a）删除/屏蔽相关内容；（b）警告用户；（c）暂停或终止部分功能；（d）暂时或永久封禁账号；（e）保留追究法律责任的权利。
6.1 发布前审核：您发布或修改动态、标点、队伍内容时，内容将进入审核流程，通过后方对外展示。未通过审核的内容会通知您并说明原因。
6.2 多层内容审核机制：运营方对用户发布内容部署多层内容安全审核：
6.3 举报机制：如您发现本App内存在第 5.1 条所列违规内容或行为，您可通过以下方式举报：
6.4 举报处理承诺：运营方承诺在收到举报后的24小时内进行审核与响应；对查证属实的违规内容立即下线/屏蔽，对违规用户依据第 5.3 条采取相应处置；对举报人的个人信息予以保密。
6.5 用户拉黑：如您不愿再看到某位用户的内容与其互动，可在对方主页将其加入黑名单。拉黑为双向屏蔽，双方将互相看不到对方的内容与互动；已有的互相关注关系会被解除。您可在App「设置 → 黑名单」中随时解除拉黑。
6.6 滥用举报：恶意举报、虚假举报将视为违规行为，运营方有权对滥用举报功能的用户采取限制措施。
7.1 本App仅提供信息发布与撮合的平台服务，不组织、不参与、不管理任何线下遛狗活动，也不对任何用户之间的线下见面与活动承担组织者责任。
7.2 您应自行判断是否参与某次线下活动，并对自己的安全负责。运营方建议您：
7.3 因您自身疏忽、犬只攻击性、疾病传染、第三方侵权或不可抗力等原因，在线上沟通或线下活动中发生的人身伤害、财产损失、犬只伤亡或其他纠纷，由相关当事人自行解决，运营方不承担赔偿责任。
7.4 地图上的标点信息（如「友善」「不友善」）由用户自行创建与分享，仅代表发布者的个人主观感受，不构成运营方的任何推荐、担保或安全承诺，请您自行核实与判断。
8.1 用户可随时在App「设置 → 删除账号」中自主申请注销个人账号。
8.2 账号注销后，您的邮箱、姓名、个人资料、狗狗信息、发布的标点/队伍/动态/评论以及打卡记录将被永久删除，服务即刻终止，注销操作永久不可逆。
8.3 若用户存在违规使用行为，运营方有权限制功能使用或暂时/永久封禁账号。
9.1 本App内所有界面设计、图标、文案、程序代码等均受著作权、知识产权相关法律保护，所有权归运营方所有。非经书面授权，禁止复制、转载、篡改、二次分发、商业使用、爬虫抓取或批量采集，违者将承担法律责任。
9.2 您对自己发布的内容保留权利。为提供与展示服务，您授予运营方一项非独占的、免费的许可，允许我们在本App内存储、展示、分发您发布的内容。该许可仅限于运营本App所必需的范围，不包含将您的内容用于广告或出售给第三方。您删除内容后，该许可即行终止。
10.1 运营方有权根据产品升级、服务器维护、合规要求，对功能进行调整、优化、临时暂停或部分关停，并将以合理方式告知，无需承担间接损失。
10.2 本App为免费服务，运营方有权在提前告知后停止运营。服务终止时，我们将依法处理您的个人信息并公告数据留存与导出安排。
11.1 本App仅提供遛狗社交信息与地图工具，不提供任何兽医、医疗、法律或专业养犬建议。
11.2 用户发布的内容仅代表其个人观点，不代表运营方的立场或观点。
11.3 因个人设备故障、网络异常、系统服务（如定位服务、推送服务、地图服务）异常等第三方问题导致的功能异常，运营方不承担赔偿责任。
11.4 因不可抗力导致服务中断，运营方将尽快修复，但不承担由此造成的损失。
11.5 用户因违规使用本App产生的一切法律责任，由用户自行承担。
12.1 运营方有权随时更新修订本协议，修改后将在App内公示并自动生效；用户持续使用本App即视为同意新版协议。如您不同意，可停止使用并按第八条注销账号。
13.1 本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。
13.2 当您注册或登录App，即表明已阅读并同意本协议全部内容。
13.3 运营方未行使权利，不视为放弃权利。
13.4 如本协议任一条款被认定无效，不影响其余条款的效力。
Welcome to DogGather (the "App"). These Terms constitute a valid service agreement between you and the operator of the App. By registering for, signing in to, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. Clauses concerning disclaimers and limitations of liability, the safety of in-person meetups, and content standards are highlighted in bold; please read them with particular care. 1.1 The App is a dog-walking social and mapping tool for dog owners. It principally provides: viewing, creating and sharing map spots (such as poop-bag points, water points, and dog-friendly or unfriendly locations); publishing dog-walking groups, joining them and checking in on arrival; and a content feed for the dog-owning community (posts, comments, likes and follows).
1.2 All features of the App are provided free of charge. The App contains no paid membership, subscription, virtual currency or tipping features.
1.3 All spots, groups and posts published by users are subject to content moderation before they become publicly visible. See section 6 for the moderation mechanism.
2.1 The App offers three ways to register and sign in: email verification code, email and password, and Sign in with Apple. We do not offer sign-in by phone number, WeChat, QQ or any other channel.
2.2 You must ensure that the email address and Apple ID information you provide are true and valid, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
2.3 Accounts are for your own use only. Renting, selling or sharing accounts is prohibited. You are responsible for any loss of your account or disclosure of information caused by inadequate safeguarding of your credentials.
3.1 The App is intended for adult dog owners aged 18 or over. Users under 18 should use the App with a parent or guardian present or guiding them, and should not take part in in-person dog-walking meetups alone.
3.2 Parents and guardians should guide minors' usage time and the situations in which they use the App.
4.1 The App requires access to your device location while you are using it, in order to display nearby dog-walking spots and groups, calculate distances, and record a check-in when you actively tap "I'm here".
4.2 The App does not track, record or display any user's live location or historical movement trail. A check-in records only a single point-in-time snapshot that you actively trigger, so that the group organiser can confirm attendance. It is not shared with other users in real time.
4.3 Geofence verification for check-in depends on device location accuracy and network conditions, and may be affected by signal quality, buildings and other factors. Such variations do not constitute a defect in the service.
5.1 The App applies a zero-tolerance policy to violating content. You undertake that, in the course of using the App (including but not limited to any field where you can enter or upload content: nickname, avatar, bio, dog information, posts, images, videos, spots, groups, comments and replies), you will not publish, upload or disseminate:
5.2 You further undertake not to:
5.3 If you breach any part of this section, the operator may immediately take any or all of the following measures: (a) delete or block the relevant content; (b) issue a warning; (c) suspend or terminate some features; (d) temporarily or permanently ban the account; and (e) reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
6.1 Pre-publication review. When you publish or edit a post, spot or group, the content enters a review process and becomes publicly visible only once it passes. Content that does not pass is notified to you together with the reason.
6.2 Multi-layer moderation. The operator operates multiple layers of content safety review over user-published content:
6.3 Reporting. If you find content or behaviour in the App that falls under section 5.1, you can report it by:
6.4 Our response commitment. The operator undertakes to review and respond to reports within 24 hours; to take down or block verified violating content immediately; to apply the measures in section 5.3 to the responsible user; and to keep the reporter's personal information confidential.
6.5 Blocking. If you no longer wish to see another user's content or interact with them, you can add them to your block list from their profile page. Blocking is mutual: neither of you will see the other's content or interactions, and any existing mutual follow relationship is removed. You can unblock at any time under Settings → Block List in the App.
6.6 Abuse of reporting. Malicious or false reporting is itself a violation, and the operator may restrict users who abuse the reporting feature.
7.1 The App provides only a platform for publishing and matching information. It does not organise, take part in or manage any in-person dog-walking activity, and it does not assume the responsibilities of an organiser for any meeting or activity between users.
7.2 You should decide for yourself whether to take part in a given activity and are responsible for your own safety. The operator recommends that you:
7.3 Where personal injury, property damage, injury to a dog or any other dispute arises online or at an in-person activity as a result of your own negligence, a dog's aggression, transmission of disease, the acts of a third party or force majeure, the parties involved must resolve it between themselves, and the operator bears no liability to compensate.
7.4 Spot information on the map (such as "friendly" or "unfriendly") is created and shared by users. It reflects only the subjective impression of the person who posted it and does not constitute any recommendation, guarantee or safety assurance by the operator. Please verify and make your own judgement.
8.1 You may request deletion of your account at any time under Settings → Delete Account in the App.
8.2 Once your account is deleted, your email address, name, profile, dog information, published spots, groups, posts and comments, and your check-in records will be permanently deleted; the service terminates immediately, and deletion is irreversible.
8.3 If you breach these Terms, the operator may restrict features or temporarily or permanently ban your account.
9.1 All interface designs, icons, copy and program code in the App are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and are owned by the operator. Without written authorisation, you may not copy, republish, modify, redistribute, use commercially, scrape or bulk-collect them. Violations will incur legal liability.
9.2 You retain your rights in the content you publish. In order to provide and display the service, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute the content you publish within the App. This licence is limited to what is necessary to operate the App and does not include using your content for advertising or selling it to third parties. The licence ends when you delete the content.
10.1 The operator may adjust, optimise, temporarily suspend or partially discontinue features in response to product upgrades, server maintenance or compliance requirements, and will announce this through reasonable means, without liability for indirect loss.
10.2 The App is a free service, and the operator may cease operating it after giving advance notice. If the service ends, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the law and announce the arrangements for data retention and export.
11.1 The App provides dog-walking social information and mapping tools only. It does not provide veterinary, medical, legal or professional dog-care advice.
11.2 Content published by users represents their own views only and not those of the operator.
11.3 The operator is not liable to compensate for malfunctions caused by problems with your own device, network issues, or failures of system services provided by third parties (such as location services, push notification services or map services).
11.4 Where a service interruption is caused by force majeure, the operator will restore the service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for loss arising from it.
11.5 You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from your improper use of the App.
12.1 The operator may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published in the App and take effect automatically; your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App and delete your account under section 8.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
13.2 By registering for or signing in to the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of these Terms.
13.3 A failure by the operator to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
13.4 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
