本App是一款面向养犬人群的遛狗社交与地图工具，核心功能是展示附近的遛狗标点与遛狗队伍、发布和参与遛狗邀约、以及面向养犬人群的内容社区。本App不接入任何广告SDK、不进行用户行为埋点统计、不进行跨App或跨网站追踪、不与数据经纪商共享您的个人信息。
1.1 邮箱地址（Email Address）：用于账号注册、登录、邮箱验证码校验与找回密码。当您使用「通过 Apple 登录」时，若您选择「隐藏我的邮箱」，我们将收到由 Apple 提供的私密中转邮箱（@privaterelay.appleid.com），并将其视同有效邮箱保存，不会因此拒绝您登录。
1.2 姓名与昵称（Name）：当您使用「通过 Apple 登录」时，如您选择共享姓名，我们将记录您授权提供的姓名（仅在首次授权时由 Apple 提供一次）。您也可以在App内自行设置或修改昵称、个人简介与头像。
1.3 用户标识（User ID）：我们为每位注册用户分配一个内部用户标识（UUID），用于在我们的服务端区分用户、关联其账号与内容数据。该标识不与任何第三方共享。
1.4 位置信息（Precise Location）：这是本App的核心功能所必需的信息。当您在前台使用本App时，我们会读取您设备的当前位置，用于：(a) 在地图上展示您附近的遛狗标点与遛狗队伍；(b) 计算标点、队伍与您之间的距离；(c) 在您主动点击「来了」打卡时，记录一次您此刻所在位置的快照，供队伍组织者确认到场情况。我们只在您使用App期间（前台）获取位置，不会在后台持续获取或记录您的行动轨迹；打卡记录的是您主动点击那一刻的单点快照，不是实时位置追踪，您的位置也不会被实时分享给其他用户。
1.5 狗狗信息（User Content）：由您主动填写，包括狗狗头像、昵称、品种、年龄、体重。用于在您的个人主页展示，以及让其他遛狗用户了解玩伴情况。您可以在App「设置 → 隐私」中关闭狗狗信息对外展示。
1.6 您发布的内容（User Content）：包括您发布的遛狗动态（文字、图片、视频）、地图标点（标题、描述、图片）、遛狗队伍（队伍名、描述、起止时间）以及评论与回复。这些内容会展示给其他用户，请您不要在内容中泄露个人敏感信息（如详细门牌号、身份证号、手机号等）。
1.7 相册与相机（Photos / Camera）：当您主动更换头像、发布带图内容、拍摄狗狗照片或扫描好友二维码时，App 会申请相册或相机权限。我们仅获取您主动选择或拍摄的那部分照片/视频并上传，不会扫描或上传您相册中的其他内容。
1.8 推送令牌（Device ID）：当您开启通知后，我们会收集由 Apple 推送服务（APNs）分配的设备推送令牌，用于向您发送点赞、评论、队伍变动与审核结果等通知。您可以在App「设置 → 通知」中随时关闭相关推送，关闭后我们将不再向该设备推送。
1.9 举报与拉黑记录（Other User Content）：当您举报内容或用户、或将其他用户加入黑名单时，我们会记录该操作及其理由，用于内容审核、违规处置与双向屏蔽。
1.10 偏好设置（User Defaults）：包括您选择的界面语言、通知开关与隐私开关，用于在不同设备间保持一致的App体验。
为帮助您更清楚地了解本App的隐私实践，以下信息我们不会收集：
3.1 用于创建、管理您的个人账号，提供登录与身份验证服务。
3.2 用于向您提供本App的核心功能，包括地图标点与队伍的展示、距离计算、遛狗邀约的发布与参与、内容社区的浏览与互动。
3.3 用于在您主动打卡时记录位置快照，并向队伍组织者展示到场情况。
3.4 用于内容审核与违规处置，识别和防范违法不良信息，保障账号与服务安全。
3.5 用于向您发送与您相关的互动通知、队伍通知与审核结果通知。
3.6 以上所有信息处理均仅用于App功能本身，不用于第三方广告、不用于跨App追踪、不用于训练任何机器学习模型。
4.1 您的个人信息存储于我们的服务器中，传输过程采用 HTTPS/TLS 加密；密码在数据库中以加盐哈希形式保存，不以明文存储。您上传的图片与视频存储于我们自建的私有对象存储中，并设置访问控制。
4.2 登录凭证保存在您设备的安全存储区（iOS Keychain / Android Keystore）中。
4.3 我们仅授权必要的开发与运维人员访问数据，并设有访问权限控制与审计机制。
4.4 我们不会将您的个人信息出售、出租或交换给任何第三方。
4.5 除非法律法规明确要求或司法机关依法调取，我们不会向任何外部机构披露您的个人信息。
5.1 对其他用户可见的信息：您的昵称、头像、个人简介、狗狗信息（可在设置中关闭）、您发布的动态/标点/队伍/评论，以及您在地图上的标点与队伍对公众展示。除此之外，其他用户看不到您的邮箱、位置坐标与打卡记录明细，除非您主动发布。
5.2 我们不会向第三方主动共享您的个人信息，以下情况除外：
5.3 上述基础服务提供方均为独立的数据控制者，其对您信息的处理适用其自身的隐私政策。我们已确认所述第三方服务提供方对您信息提供与本政策相当或更严格的保护。
6.1 Apple 登录服务（Sign in with Apple）：用于身份验证，您与 Apple 之间的信息交换适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
6.2 Apple 推送通知服务（APNs）：用于向您的设备投递通知。推送内容由我们的服务器生成后交给 Apple 投递，Apple 无法读取我们业务系统的其他数据。
6.3 Apple 地图（MapKit）与系统地理编码服务：在 iOS 设备上，地图底图、地点搜索与逆地理编码由 Apple 地图服务提供。您在搜索框中输入的地点关键词会发送给 Apple 以返回搜索结果，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
7.1 访问与查阅：您可随时在App内查看您的账号信息、狗狗档案、发布内容与通知记录。
7.2 修改与删除：您可在App内修改昵称、头像、简介与狗狗信息，也可随时删除自己发布的动态、标点、队伍、评论与回复。
7.3 撤回位置权限：您可在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 定位服务」中随时关闭对本App的定位授权。关闭后地图浏览与内容社区仍可使用，但「附近标点」「距离计算」与「打卡」功能将不可用。
7.4 撤回相机/相册权限：您可在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片/相机」中随时关闭授权，关闭后不影响已有内容的浏览。
7.5 关闭通知：您可在App「设置 → 通知」或 iOS 系统设置中随时关闭推送。
7.6 隐私开关：您可在App「设置 → 隐私」中控制您的关注列表、队伍列表与狗狗信息是否对其他用户展示。
7.7 注销账号：您可在App「设置 → 删除账号」中申请注销。账号注销后，您的邮箱、姓名、用户标识、狗狗信息、发布的标点/队伍/动态/评论、以及打卡记录将被永久删除且不可恢复。
7.8 撤回 Apple 登录授权：您可在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 密码与安全性 → 使用您 Apple ID 的 App」中撤回对本App的授权。
7.9 如您有隐私相关疑问，可通过本政策第十条的联系方式与我们沟通。
8.1 本App面向成年养犬人士，不面向未满 18 周岁的未成年人。我们建议未满18周岁的用户在监护人指导下使用，且不建议未成年人单独参与线下遛狗邀约。
8.2 我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息，也不会将其用于任何营销目的。
8.3 如监护人发现我们在未取得有效监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人个人信息，请通过本政策第十条的联系方式与我们联系，我们将尽快删除相关信息。
9.1 我们可能根据业务调整或法律法规要求更新本隐私政策，更新后将在本页面公示并更新「生效日期」。
9.2 涉及重大变更（如新增信息收集类型、新增第三方共享方）时，我们将通过App内显著提示或登录后的提醒等方式向您告知，并就涉及个人信息共享的重大变更重新征求您的同意。
9.3 您继续使用本App即表示同意更新后的政策；如您不同意，您可以选择停止使用并按第七条注销账号。

Welcome to DogGather (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use the App. Please read this Privacy Policy in full before using the App. By using the App, you agree that we may handle your personal information as described here.
DogGather is a dog-walking social and mapping app for dog owners. Its core features are showing nearby dog-walking spots and walking groups on a map, posting and joining dog-walking meetups, and a content feed for the dog-owning community. The App contains no advertising SDKs, performs no behavioural analytics or tracking, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not share your personal information with data brokers.
1.1 Email address — used for account registration, sign-in, email verification codes and password recovery. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we receive a private relay address from Apple (@privaterelay.appleid.com) and store it as a valid email address; you will not be denied access for doing so.
1.2 Name and nickname — if you use Sign in with Apple and choose to share your name, we record the name you authorise (Apple provides it only once, on first authorisation). You can also set or change your nickname, bio and profile photo in the App.
1.3 User ID — we assign every registered user an internal identifier (UUID) used on our servers to distinguish users and to associate their account and content. This identifier is not shared with any third party.
1.4 Location (precise location) — this information is required for the App's core functionality. While you are using the App in the foreground, we read your device's current location to: (a) show nearby dog-walking spots and walking groups on the map; (b) calculate the distance between you and those spots and groups; and (c) when you actively tap "I'm here" to check in, record a one-time snapshot of where you are, so the group organiser can confirm attendance. We only obtain your location while you are using the App (foreground). We do not obtain or record your location in the background, and we do not track your movements. A check-in records a single point-in-time snapshot that you actively trigger; it is not live location tracking, and your location is not shared with other users in real time.
1.5 Dog profile information (user content) — information you choose to provide, including your dog's photo, name, breed, age and weight. This is shown on your profile page and helps other dog owners understand a potential playmate. You can turn off public visibility of your dog information under Settings → Privacy.
1.6 Content you post (user content) — including posts you publish (text, images, video), map spots (title, description, images), walking groups (group name, description, start and end times), and comments and replies. This content is visible to other users, so please do not disclose sensitive personal information in it (for example your exact street address, national ID number or phone number).
1.7 Photo library and camera (photos / camera) — when you actively change your avatar, publish content with images, photograph your dog, or scan a friend's QR code, the App requests photo library or camera access. We only obtain and upload the photos or videos you actively select or capture; we do not scan or upload anything else in your photo library.
1.8 Push token (device ID) — when you enable notifications, we collect the device push token issued by Apple Push Notification service (APNs) in order to send you notifications about likes, comments, group changes and content review results. You can turn these notifications off at any time under Settings → Notifications; once off, we will no longer push to that device.
1.9 Reports and blocks (other user content) — when you report content or a user, or add another user to your block list, we record that action and its reason, for content moderation, enforcement and mutual blocking.
1.10 Preferences (user defaults) — including the interface language you select and your notification and privacy switches, so that your experience stays consistent across devices.
To help you understand our privacy practices more clearly, we do not collect the following:
3.1 To create and manage your account and to provide sign-in and identity verification.
3.2 To provide the App's core functionality, including displaying map spots and walking groups, calculating distances, publishing and joining dog-walking meetups, and browsing and interacting with the content feed.
3.3 To record a location snapshot when you actively check in, and to show attendance to the group organiser.
3.4 For content moderation and enforcement, to detect and prevent unlawful or harmful content, and to keep accounts and the service secure.
3.5 To send you notifications relating to your interactions, walking groups and content review results.
3.6 All of the above processing is solely for the App's own functionality. It is not used for third-party advertising, not used to track you across apps, and not used to train any machine learning model.
4.1 Your personal information is stored on our servers. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored in the database as salted hashes, never in plain text. Images and videos you upload are stored in our own private object storage with access controls in place.
4.2 Sign-in credentials are kept in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
4.3 Access to data is limited to personnel who require it for development and operations, under access controls and audit mechanisms.
4.4 We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
4.5 We will not disclose your personal information to any external party unless required by law or validly requested by a judicial or regulatory authority.
5.1 Information visible to other users: your nickname, avatar, bio, dog information (which you can turn off in Settings), the posts, spots, groups and comments you publish, and the spots and groups you place on the map, which are shown publicly. Beyond that, other users cannot see your email address, your location coordinates or the detail of your check-ins unless you publish them yourself.
5.2 We do not proactively share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
5.3 The infrastructure providers above are independent data controllers and process your information under their own privacy policies. We have confirmed that they provide protection equivalent to, or stronger than, this Policy.
6.1 Sign in with Apple — used for identity verification. Information exchanged between you and Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
6.2 Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — used to deliver notifications to your device. The notification content is generated by our servers and handed to Apple for delivery; Apple cannot read other data in our systems.
6.3 Apple Maps (MapKit) and system geocoding — on iOS devices, map tiles, place search and reverse geocoding are provided by Apple Maps. Place keywords you type into the search box are sent to Apple to return search results, under Apple's privacy policy.
7.1 Access: you can view your account information, dog profile, published content and notification history in the App at any time.
7.2 Correction and deletion: you can edit your nickname, avatar, bio and dog information in the App, and you can delete any post, spot, group, comment or reply you have published at any time.
7.3 Withdraw location permission: you can turn off location access for the App at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. After doing so you can still browse the map and the content feed, but nearby spots, distance calculation and check-in will no longer work.
7.4 Withdraw camera / photo permission: you can turn these off at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos / Camera. Existing content remains viewable.
7.5 Turn off notifications: you can turn off push notifications at any time under Settings → Notifications in the App, or in iOS Settings.
7.6 Privacy switches: you can control whether your following list, group list and dog information are visible to other users under Settings → Privacy in the App.
7.7 Delete your account: you can request deletion under Settings → Delete Account in the App. Once your account is deleted, your email address, name, user ID, dog information, published spots, groups, posts and comments, and your check-in records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
7.8 Withdraw Sign in with Apple authorisation: you can revoke the App's authorisation in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Your Apple ID.

8.1 The App is intended for adult dog owners and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We recommend that users under 18 use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, and we do not recommend that minors take part in in-person dog-walking meetups on their own.
8.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors and do not use it for any marketing purpose.
8.3 If a parent or guardian becomes aware that we have collected a minor's personal information without valid guardian consent, please contact us using the details in section 10 and we will delete that information as soon as possible.
9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy in response to business changes or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page together with a revised "Effective date".
9.2 For material changes (such as a new category of information collected or a new third-party recipient), we will notify you through a prominent in-app notice or a reminder after sign-in, and will seek your consent again where the change involves sharing your personal information.
9.3 Your continued use of the App indicates that you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App and delete your account under section 7.
